Pilates is an invigorating form of exercise that will improve your core stability, strength and posture. It helps restore your body to balance. As a result you will move more efficiently; achieve a strong core; develop longer, leaner muscles and a sense of well-being.
Due to Covid-19 I am currently unable to teach in-person group classes. Until it is completely safe to return I am offering live streamed Pilates classes (Zoom) so we can continue to practice safely and keep a sense of community going whilst we are isolated from one another in our own homes.
