A class for pregnant women in their second and third trimester. The exercises are designed to support and ease women through the rapid physical changes of pregnancy, in preparation for labour.
A class offering gentle, effective and safe exercise to support new mothers’ in the weeks and months after giving birth. You are welcome to bring your baby.
